Ishola Oyenusi: Nigeria's Deadly Armed Robber Who Smiled to His Death (Photos)

Image
From Anini to Shina Rambo, Nigerians have suffered in the hands of notorious armed robbers who have ended badly as they lived their lives on the fast lane. Ishola Oyenusi, popularly known as Doctor Oyenusi, was a notorious armed robber who terrorized the people of Lagos and other neighboring cities in the 1970s. Ishola Oyenusi and his gang of six were highly skilled in snatching cars, robbing banks, factories, stores and killing people like chickens. Doctor Oyenusi, as he was called, was not a doctor by profession but adopted the title for the fun of it. The evidence lies in a confession he made few minutes before his execution. He confessed that his parents were not capable of furthering his secondary school education and that was what forced him into robbery. So without having a secondary school education, Oyenusi by no way could have been a medical doctor. Oyenusi started off his robbery career by snatching a car (whose owner died in the process) just because his

Ordinarily, there should be only one (main) route to sexual satisfaction – intercourse, but in reality, people have devised several means to that destination, and one of the ways some people have adopted is anal s*x. This means s*x through the anus.  And the act seems to be growing, because in spite of the society’s stance on it and how much it has been condemned by some medical experts, a report by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, under the United States Department of Health and Human Services, shows that 44 per cent of men and 36 per cent of women have had anal sex at least once in their lifetime. Apart from those who tried it once in a lifetime, a report by WebMD, an American corporation that reports news and information pertaining to human health and well being, found in 2015 that as many as five to 10 per cent of sexually active women engage in receptive anal sex. Notably, apart from consenting heterosexual adults and homosexuals, it has been observed that some

The unease was a result of his being ceaselessly pressured to authorize a military invasion of the breakaway Republic of Biafra.   Thirty officers had been recalled from courses abroad. Trains and truck convoys, bearing fuel, supplies and men, were still leaving Kano and Kaduna for the south of River Benue.   Colonel Mohammed Shuwa of the First Area Command had moved his command headquarters southwards and set it up in Makurdi.
