The plane in which the leader of the breakaway Republic of Biafra, Odimegwu Chukwuemeka Ojukwu used to flee Nigeria to Ivory coast after the civil war, has been captured on camera... 




Nigerian business magnate and senator representing Bayelsa East, Benedict Murray-Bruce, has taken to his Twitter page to share the photos of the airplane which legendary Igbo leader, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu used to flee Nigeria to Ivory coast after the civil war. 
Chief Ojukwu was a Nigerian military officer and politician who served as the military governor of the Eastern Region of Nigeria in 1966 and the leader of the breakaway Republic of Biafra from 1967 to 1970.

The founder of Silverbird Group, Ben Bruce who posted the photos, wrote; "This is the plane Ojukwu left Nigeria with and fled to Ivory coast after the civil war. Nigeria should fix this plane & send to a museum."
